I have 10 weeks of pregnancy to get me missing 2 ultrasound that my doctor sent me, but these last 2 weeks I do not have as much sleep at the beginning or any symptoms like pain in the breasts. I am concerned, it’s normal? What danger there is that my baby is not alive? I have not had any bleeding or discomfort, Thanks for your help
